We offer emergency call-outs and breakdown repairs for homes and businesses across Hereford and Herefordshire. Our emergency service runs during our working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 12pm. We do not offer out-of-hours cover. Typical emergencies include a system that has stopped completely, a unit leaking water onto floors or stock, a cellar cooler that's failed before a busy weekend, or a server room or office overheating. Breakdowns often involve refrigerant or electrical faults, which should only be handled by trained engineers. We are F-Gas and REFCOM registered. ### Who we work with - Homes - Offices - Shops - Bars - Restaurants - Gyms - Medical premises - Industrial unitsAccredited installer for Panasonic, Samsung, LG and Mitsubishi. Why It Matters ## Why you shouldn't wait on a breakdown A water leak can damage ceilings, walls, flooring and stock within hours. Running a faulty system can turn a small repair into a major one. A struggling compressor, for example, can fail completely if the underlying problem isn't fixed. For businesses, a breakdown means uncomfortable staff and customers, lost stock in a warm cellar, or equipment at risk in hot rooms. ### Common mistakes to avoid - Keeping a leaking or noisy system running - Repeatedly resetting the unit without finding the cause - Attempting DIY repairs on refrigerant or electrics - Leaving servicing too long, which makes breakdowns more likely - Calling someone who isn't F-Gas registered Our Process ## How it works, step by step - 1 ### Call us Ring us during working hours with the symptoms and your system's make and model if known. - 2 ### Make it safe If water is leaking, switch the system off at the controller until we arrive. - 3 ### Diagnosis Our engineer tests the system to pinpoint the fault. - 4 ### Repair We explain the fix and carry out the repair, including refrigerant work where needed. - 5 ### Test and advise We test the system and advise how to prevent the fault recurring. If it still won't start, call us. ### Water leaking Switch the unit off and place a towel or container underneath. Usually a blocked drain or failed pump. ### Blowing warm air Often low refrigerant from a leak, a failed fan or a sensor fault.
